04 Product Testing
What is thermal verification?
Thermal verification of retort is an important step in the product sterilization process. It includes verifying the temperature uniformity within the retort chamber during the sterilization process to ensure that all products receive the same amount of heat. This validation is especially important when significant changes related to the heat treatment occur (e.g., acquisition of a new retort, new sterilization process).
Retort thermal validation is aimed to address several key questions, including:
◆ Where is the cold spot in the retort?
◆ What is the center temperature of the product during the sterilization process?
◆ How long does it take to heat up to sterilization temperature?
◆ Is the heat treatment uniform throughout the retort?
DTS has test labs which are fully equipped to simulate actual sterilization environments. Develop sterilization formulas for new products. You will have access to our sterilization experts and food technologists and will be able to:
◆ Test and compare processes and applications (with a choice of static, rotary, swing systems);
◆ Trial the control systems;
◆ Set up the sterilization process (test the retort), we equip you with an F0 calculation tool;
◆ Testing your packaging with our processes;
◆ Evaluate the food quality of the finished product.

05 FAT
DTS company's equipment test site, equipped with a 3T / H gas boiler, for each piece of equipment before leaving the factory to strictly do 100% hot test (with steam) and the heat distribution in the retort, so that each piece of equipment can achieve 100% qualified to ensure the quality of the equipment.
The purpose of FAT is to check whether the equipment meets the contract requirements before the equipment leaves the factory, and conduct comprehensive experiment, testing and system intermodulation on the function and performance of the equipment, so as to make the whole system as perfect as possible, reduce the chance of problems at the customer's site, and lay a solid foundation for on-site commissioning.

Operational training, suitable for beginners, experienced individuals, or specific level personnel to master the use of sterilization retorts.
Maintenance training to learn how to maintain good production conditions for sterilization retorts.

Training can be conducted on-site at the company or in our testing laboratory. The laboratory is designed specifically for clients to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Throughout the training process, heat treatment experts will provide support and guidance. We also assist in applying the test results to industrial production sites. No development phase will affect the operation of industrial equipment, thereby saving time, improving flexibility, and maintaining production while receiving training.
If laboratory testing is required, simply send the product samples to us. After the testing is completed, we will provide a complete report. All exchanged information is considered strictly confidential.
Factory training: We provide in factory training (routine maintenance, mechanical maintenance, control and safety systems, etc.) and develop personalized training programs according to the needs of the enterprise.
Laboratory training: We provide laboratory training courses for sterilization retorts operators to put theory into practice during the training period.
We understand the needs of the processing plant, and equipment failures will cause high costs. Therefore, we apply rigorous design and components for all machines, and even laboratory and research machinery are manufactured with industrial-grade components. Advanced control systems enable most equipment troubleshooting to be done electronically. But when on-site support is needed, remote support systems cannot replace on-site technicians. Our personnel can assist in restoring the equipment to normal operation.
