Thermal verification of the sterilizing autoclave is an important step in the product sterilization process. It consists of verifying the temperature uniformity within the autoclave chamber during the sterilization process to ensure that all products receive the same amount of heat. This validation is especially important when significant changes related to the heat treatment occur (e.g., acquisition of a new autoclave, new sterilization process).

DTS company's equipment test site, equipped with a 3T / H gas boiler, for each piece of equipment before leaving the factory to strictly do 100% hot test machine (steam test) and the heat distribution in the pot test, so that each piece of equipment can achieve 100% qualified to ensure the quality of the equipment.

Training can be conducted on-site at the company or in our testing laboratory. The laboratory is designed specifically for students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Throughout the training process, heat treatment experts will provide support and guidance. We also assist in applying the test results to industrial production sites.
