This Steam Air Retort Machine is equipped with a fan on the basis of steam sterilization, so that the heating medium and packaged food are in direct contact and forced convection. At the same time, air is allowed to exist in the retort, and the pressure can be controlled independently of the temperature.
■Steam air sterilizeris suitable for the sterilisation of flexible packaging, tinplate cans, aluminium bottles, plastic bottles and other products.
■The temperature control system can choose linear and stepwise heating according to different products and processes. The fan mixes the steam with the air, sterilizing without cold spots, and the temperature can be precisely controlled at±0.3℃, excellent heat distribution.
■The steam heats up directly without heating media, and the heating speed is very fast.
■The pressure control system continuously adapts to the pressure changes inside the packaging during the process, and the pressure can be controlled within ±0.05Bar, steam air sterilizer is suitable for different packaging forms.
■Indirect heating and cooling through the heat exchanger, process water and steam and cooling water do not come into contact with each other to avoid secondary contamination of the product.
■Compliant with FDA/USDA certification. DTS is a member of IFTPS in the United States, base on serving North American customers, DTS realized FDA/USDA regulatory requirements and cutting-edge sterilization technology.
