Sterilization process of DTS health oral liquid
The high temperature sterilization treatment of the autoclave is an indispensable link for health oral liquid, which plays a vital role in improving the hygienic safety of the product and extending the shelf life. The autoclave can ensure that the product reaches the best state under sterile conditions, thus meeting the health needs of consumers.
First, we will choose suitable packaging materials according to the characteristics of the product, such as heat-resistant glass, plastic or cans, to ensure that they can maintain their shape and not release harmful substances under high temperature and pressure.
Place the filled products layer by layer on the sterilization tray according to production capacity requirements, then send them into the sterilization autoclave, close them and ensure that the autoclave door is securely locked.
Start the heating system of the autoclave and gradually raise the internal temperature to the pre-set value. During this process, water or steam is continuously injected into the autoclave to form a high temperature and high pressure environment. According to the characteristics of health products and sterilization requirements, set the appropriate temperature and time parameters. Usually, the temperature range of high temperature sterilization is set between 100°C and 130°C.
When the internal temperature of the autoclave reaches the preset value, the temperature is maintained for a period of time to ensure that water or steam evenly penetrates into the health care products and completely eliminates the microorganisms therein.
Monitor the temperature and pressure changes during the sterilization process to ensure the uniformity and stability of the sterilization effect. After the sterilization is completed, gradually reduce the temperature and pressure inside the autoclave. This process should be linearly controlled to prevent the product from being damaged by sudden temperature changes. When the temperature drops to a safe level, open the autoclave door and take out the product.
After sterilization, the health products will undergo strict microbiological testing and quality assessment to ensure that the products meet hygiene standards and quality requirements.
After sterilization, health oral liquid products should be properly stored in a dry, cool and ventilated environment to maintain their excellent quality and taste. Through the above process, the use of sterilizers to sterilize health products at high temperature can effectively ensure the safety of the products and extend their shelf life, providing with healthier and safer health products to customers.
