■ Simple workflow
During the operation of multiple retorts, we follow the established operating procedures to ensure that there is a step interval between each operation, and then complete each sterilization link in an orderly manner. Through this method, we successfully ensured the continuous and efficient operation of the feeding line and bottle unscrambler line, thereby stably achieving the production capacity target of approximately 5,133 cans per hour, for a total of approximately 45,000 cans.
How to use advanced hot water as feed buffer water
While materials continue to be input, synchronized overflow operations are performed.
The buffer water is smoothly discharged by the upward steam pressure.
Bottom drainage and deflation device
Water enters the bottom and cold water overflows from the top of the retort.
After the water in the water tank has been buffered and successfully discharged, it will be carried out through the conveyor line for bottle sorting operations.

In terms of equipment control, we use Siemens PLC to realize automatic control of the program. The equipment has the function of selecting the sterilization F value and is equipped with an automatic recorder to accurately record key parameters such as pressure, temperature and time during the operation of the equipment. By analyzing the PL curve, we can evaluate the impact of PL on product quality and adjust the PL setting value according to the actual situation to ensure the stability and reliability of product quality. Furthermore, based on these records, our products are able to meet export requirements. In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of control, this equipment also uses dual sets of programmable controllers to work together to achieve automated control of the entire program.
