The DTS cascading retort machine adopts three-dimensional water flow distribution technology, saving 30% of steam consumption. It features precise temperature control with an error margin of ±0.3℃, and is compatible with all product categories from flexible packaging to canned goods. Meeting the FDA certification standards, it reduces costs and improves efficiency.
Heating and cooling the tempreture through the heat exchanger, steam and cooling water will not contaminate the product, and no water treatment chemicals are required, saving the requirement of water, water treatment chemicals and energy consumption. The process water is sprayed through the pump and nozzles distributed in the Cascading Retort Machine to form a mist of water to the product to achive the purpose of sterilization. Precise temperature and presure control can be suitable for a variety of packaging products.
■The temperature control system of DTS water cascade retort can choose linear and stepwise heating modes according to different products and processes. The temperature can be precisely controlled at ±0.3°C, with uniform distribution and uniform sterilization.
