DTS and Austria's BFT reach strategic cooperation
Recently, Shandong Dingtaisheng signed a cooperation agreement with BFT, a subsidiary of the Austrian Dr. Aichhorn Group. Ding Tai Sheng has officially become the exclusive authorized distributor of BFT's Delitec brand HPP ultra-high pressure sterilization equipment in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets. This cooperation is an important node in the development process of both parties. It marks that Dingtaisheng is steadily advancing the international layout in the non-thermal sterilization equipment track. It will also bring innovative sterilization solutions that are suitable for the local market and highly cost-effective for the food industry in China and Southeast Asia.
About Dr. Eichhorn Group and Delitec
1. Dr. Aichhorn Group
Dr. Eichhorn Group of Austria is an industrial holding company headquartered in Kapfenberg. The group's industrial history can be traced back to 1894. It has a history of manufacturing high-pressure equipment for more than 130 years. It has three subsidiaries: BHDT, BFT and GIG. They are deeply engaged in the fields of high-pressure vessels and complete sets of equipment, high-pressure pumps, and high-temperature and high-pressure sealing technology. They have deep accumulation in the field of high-pressure technology and business coverage in many places around the world. They have mature industrial layout and project implementation experience in the European high-pressure equipment industry.
2. Three major subsidiaries
1. BHDT GmbH - High-Pressure Vessels and Equipment Segment BHDT was established in 1958, formerly the High-Pressure Technology Division of the Burler Group. It is deeply engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of high-pressure vessels and complete sets of equipment. It can provide 200 to 1200MPa (approximately 2000 to 12000bar) working condition adaptation equipment. It has implemented a large number of projects in the global chemical and petrochemical high-pressure system fields. The company is headquartered in Bruck am Muir, Austria.
2. BFT GmbH - High-pressure pump technology R&D and manufacturing segment BFT GmbH, the full name of Best Fluid Technology GmbH, is a professional manufacturer of high-voltage equipment and core components under the Dr. Eichhorn Group, headquartered in Honigsberg, Austria. The company is independently operated by a spin-off from BHDT's high-pressure pump business segment. It has been deeply involved in the research and development of high-pressure pump technology for more than 50 years. It can develop and produce pump products suitable for 2000-12000bar working conditions. The core business is divided into three major segments: high-pressure pumps and supporting components for the water cutting industry, peroxide metering pumps for polyethylene production, pressure testing equipment and automatic strengthening equipment. Products and services are sold to more than 20 countries and regions in Europe, Asia, North America, and South America (as of 2026). Relying on mature engineering technology, we provide complete sets of fluid high-pressure solutions and follow the "Made in Austria" production standards.
3.GIG Karasek GmbH - High-temperature and high-pressure sealing and thermal energy technology segment GIG Karasek GmbH focuses on the research and development of high-temperature and high-pressure sealing components and industrial waste heat recovery systems. It has built its own exclusive testing and R&D center. Its business covers carbon dioxide recovery and industrial waste heat utilization complete sets of equipment. It can provide full-chain engineering services from test prototypes to EPC turnkey, and has complete service capabilities from research and development to implementation delivery of high-pressure sealing and thermal energy projects.
3. Delitec - the group’s technology collaborative innovation brand
Delitec is an innovative brand under BFT, focusing on the design and manufacturing of HPP ultra-high pressure cold processing equipment, creating complete sets of equipment that take into account mature high-pressure technology and localized cost advantages. HPP (High Pressure Processing) is a low-temperature physical processing technology that relies on high-pressure physical processing of up to 6000bar to complete food processing without the need for high temperatures. It can better retain the original taste, texture and nutrients of food, and extend the storage period of food on shelves. It is different from traditional thermal sterilization technology and is widely used in multiple categories of processing scenarios such as fresh food and prepared foods.
Derived from the group's mid- to long-term industrial planning, Delitek integrates decades of high-pressure vessel, high-pressure pump, and precision sealing technology reserves from three subsidiaries, BHDT, BFT, and GIG, to jointly create a complete HPP system; the core units of the equipment all use BFT's high-pressure pump products that have been market-proven in multiple scenarios. Relying on the group's cross-segment technology synergy advantages, Delitek HPP equipment has received good feedback from customers in many food companies after it was launched in the European market.
4. Overview of Development Process
From the start of the steel industry in 1894, to the formation of BHDT's high-voltage business in 1958, and to the mass production of Dritek HPP equipment, the Dr. Eichhorn Group has been deeply engaged in the research and development and industrialization of high-voltage technology for more than a hundred years. Each of the three subsidiaries has technical expertise and coordinated development. They have integrated long-term technical reserves and implemented the Delitek HPP brand, exporting mature and stable ultra-high pressure cold processing complete sets of equipment to the global food industry.
This cooperation realizes the complementary advantages of Austria's century-old industrial manufacturing experience and China's local high-end equipment manufacturing capabilities. Dingtaisheng has been deeply involved in the food sterilization equipment track for a long time, and has accumulated complete domestic and Southeast Asian market channels, customer service systems and complete equipment integration capabilities; Dr. Eichhorn Group relies on more than a hundred years of high-pressure technology accumulation to provide stable and reliable technical support for Delitech HPP equipment.
Both parties will give full play to their respective resources and technological advantages and introduce European mature HPP low-temperature physical processing technology to Chinese and Southeast Asian food companies to help food companies optimize product processes and enhance product market value. Ding Tai Sheng's non-thermal sterilization business segment will continue to promote HPP low-temperature processing solutions, expand diversified food application scenarios, and help end consumers obtain safe food with better flavor and nutrition.
