This project was no exception.

As one of the leading coconut milk manufacturers in Vietnam was about to increase its production capacity, the customer had visited the DTS facility in China multiple times prior to making his purchase. The customer did not make a decision to purchase immediately, instead chose to learn about our manufacturing process, talk with our engineering team regarding their production needs, and also assessed the entire thermal processing solution we had to offer prior to making a purchase.

Direct interaction provided a sound footing for the project and gave both groups the experience they needed to create a solution that would work well with the customer's production objectives.

Delivering a Reliable Thermal Processing Solution

After it was decided that the project would go forward, DTS provided a retort system that was customized for the particular production line the customer used for cans of coconut milk.

The manufacturing of equipment, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), the shipment, installation and commissioning, and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) were all completed with close cooperation between the DTS engineering team and the customer's production team.

The production line is operating successfully and provides the customer with a safe, cost-effective way to sterilize food products in an efficient manner on a daily basis while preserving both the quality of their products and their overall production capacity.

A Meaningful Recognition from Our Customer

One of the most memorable moments came after the project was completed.

After the completion of this project, there was an event that will probably be remembered as one of the most memorable moments. To recognize the dedication of the DTS engineering team, the customer presented us with a banner carrying the words:"Craftsmanship You Can Trust."

What made this recognition even more meaningful was that DTS was the only engineering team among all equipment suppliers involved in the project to receive this honor.

For us, this banner is much more than a compliment. It represents the trust built through technical communication, professional project execution and a shared commitment to delivering reliable food processing equipment.
